The Sundried-Glory has won the February 2012 Pie of the Month Contest.

A self-proclaimed cyclist by day and ninja by night, Karl  Langenbach is also the creator of this month’s What’s Your Pie Winning pizza: The Sundried-Glory. As the winner of this month’s contest, Karl has won a month of FREE Your Pie and his submission will advance to the Pie of the Year contest to compete for a year’s worth of craft pizza.

 

Featuring fresh mozzarella circles, spinach, herbed chicken and Vidalia onions (shout out to all of our South Georgia fans), the Sundried-Glory brings together traditional Italian and American flavorings in a culinary creation with cross-continental appeal. Its key ingredients are blended with a unique combination of our basil pesto and sundried tomato sauces and garnished with a Mediterranean-inspired medley of basil, cilantro, roasted garlic and oregano.
