What’s Your Pie? May 2013: The Favorito
Melissa Scofield from Tampa, Florida really knows how to make a pizza ROCK! Her creation, “The Favorito”, is May’s winner for the What’s Your Pie? ‘Pie of the Month’ competition. The pie features garlic olive oil, fresh mozzarella, ricotta, basil, red onions, tomatoes, Italian sausage, and roasted red peppers – YUM!
“The Favorito” will be featured at all Your Pie locations across the Southeast during the month of May. Stop by one of our locations to see if it’s YOUR new “Favorito”! We suggest pairing with a Caprese side salad, which also features the authentic Italian flavors of fresh mozzarella, basil, and tomatoes.

April’s ‘What’s Your Pie?’: Hearts on Fire
Congratulations to Amanda Higginbotham for her winning pie, Hearts on Fire! Her pie features a base of homemade fresh dough, extra virgin olive oil and fresh mozzarella. It is then topped with roasted garlic, green peppers, jalapenos, red onions, spinach, Vidalia onions, and artichoke hearts. Amanda has won free Your Pie for a month, as well as bragging rights. At the end of the year, all ‘What’s Your Pie?’ monthly winners will compete for a chance to win a trip to the Italian island of Ischia!
This spicy and savory combination completely dominated the What’s Your Pie competition with 97% of all the votes for this month. The Slider Pie
Every six moths, Your Pie introduces a new pie to add to the Craft Series. The Slider Pie for 2013 combines all the flavors of your favorite slider burger into a delicious Your Pie. It starts with hand-tossed dough, and is drizzled with roasted garlic olive oil, sprinkled with white cheddar cheese, and then topped with meatballs, white onions, pickles, and yellow mustard.
Your Pie is traditionally dedicated to expressing the customer’s inner pizza, but every so often Your Pie likes to show their own pizza creativity. The Craft Series does this by incorporating unique toppings that are not typically found on our ingredient list. The Slider Pie follows suit, adding pickles and yellow mustard to the mix.
The Slider Pie will be featured at all Your Pie locations in the Southeast through July 2013. The pie can be enjoyed as is, or customized with any other ingredients. Come in and try it today!
What’s Your Pie? February 2013: The Adobo
Steven Freund from Athens, Georgia has won the February Pie of the Month contest with his pie, The Adobo! The pie boasts a unique combination of sauce and toppings. It starts our signature hand tossed dough and spicy Thai sauce, and topped with mozzarella, roasted garlic, spinach, sun-dried tomato, red onions, bacon, and Italian sausage.
Even though one of our favorite pies – the Thai Pie – features the spicy Thai sauce, most of our customers have never tried it. Don’t be intimidated by the thought that it might be too hot for you. If you can handle our Southern Heat, you’ll love the spicy Thai as well. It’s a perfect mix of sweet, spicy, and smoky flavors that help make The Adobo delicious. Come in and try it before the month’s over!
